महाभारतः mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-335, verse-38

त्वत्तः श्रवणजं चापि चतुर्थं जन्म मे विभो ।
नासिक्यं चापि मे जन्म त्वत्तः पञ्चममुच्यते ॥३८॥

38. tvattaḥ śravaṇajaṁ cāpi caturthaṁ janma me vibho ,
nāsikyaṁ cāpi me janma tvattaḥ pañcamamucyate.

nāsikyam ca api me janma tvattaḥ pañcamam ucyate

38. O Lord, my fourth birth, the one born from the ear, is from you. And my fifth birth, the one born from the nose, is also said to be from you.
