महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-12, chapter-335, verse-26

ततो विग्रहवन्तौ तौ वेदान्दृष्ट्वासुरोत्तमौ ।
सहसा जगृहतुर्वेदान्ब्रह्मणः पश्यतस्तदा ॥२६॥
26. tato vigrahavantau tau vedāndṛṣṭvāsurottamau ,
sahasā jagṛhaturvedānbrahmaṇaḥ paśyatastadā.

sahasā jagṛhatuḥ vedān brahmaṇaḥ paśyataḥ tadā

26. Then, those two embodied, excellent asuras, having seen the (Vedas), suddenly seized them while (Brahmā) was watching at that time.
