योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-74, verse-55

यथाभूतपदार्थौघदर्शनादेव राघव ।
परमाश्वासनं बुद्धेर्नैराश्यमधिगच्छति ॥ ५५ ॥

paramāśvāsanaṃ buddhernairāśyamadhigacchati 55
55. yathābhūta-padārtha-ogha-darśanāt eva rāghava
paramāśvāsanam buddheḥ nairāśyam adhigacchati
55. rāghava,
yathābhūta-padārtha-ogha-darśanāt eva buddheḥ paramāśvāsanam nairāśyam adhigacchati.
55. O Raghava, simply by perceiving the multitude of things as they truly are, the intellect (buddhi) attains supreme reassurance and overcomes despair.
