वाल्मीकि-रामायणम्       vālmīki-rāmāyaṇam - book-6, chapter-31, verse-81

सुषेणस्तु महावीर्यो गिरिकूटोपमो हरिः ।
बहुभिः संवृतस्तत्र वानरैः कामरूपिभिः ॥८१॥
81. suṣeṇastu mahāvīryo girikūṭopamo hariḥ ,
bahubhiḥ saṃvṛtastatra vānaraiḥ kāmarūpibhiḥ.
81. suṣeṇaḥ tu mahāvīryaḥ girikūṭopamaḥ hariḥ
bahubhiḥ saṃvṛtaḥ tatra vānaraiḥ kāmarūpibhiḥ
81. And Suṣeṇa, the greatly valorous monkey, resembling a mountain peak, was surrounded there by many shape-shifting monkeys.
