बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-52, verse-51

भाग्यपंचमकर्मस्थे सन्मानो भवति ध्रुवम् ।
सुकर्मधर्मबुद्धिश्च गुरुदेवद्विजार्जनम् ॥५१॥
51. bhāgyapaṃcamakarmasthe sanmāno bhavati dhruvam .
sukarmadharmabuddhiśca gurudevadvijārjanam.

sukarmadharmabuddhiḥ ca gurudevadvijārjanam
51. When (the planet) is situated in the house of fortune (bhāgya - 9th), intellect/children (5th), or action (karma - 10th), then honor will certainly be attained. There will also be an intellect (buddhi) inclined towards good deeds and natural law (dharma), and one will gain from spiritual teachers (gurus), deities, and Brahmins (dvijas).
