बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-52, verse-3

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं मृत्युञ्जयजपं चरेत् ।
सूर्यप्रीतिकरीं शान्तिं कुर्यादारोग्यलब्धये ॥३॥
3. taddoṣaparihārārthaṃ mṛtyuñjayajapaṃ caret .
sūryaprītikarīṃ śāntiṃ kuryādārogyalabdhaye.
3. tat-doṣa-parihāra-artham mṛtyuñjaya-japam caret
sūrya-prīti-karīm śāntim kuryāt ārogya-labdhaye
3. For the purpose of averting that fault, one should perform the Mṛtyuñjaya recitation (japa). One should also perform a pacification ritual (śānti) that pleases the Sun, in order to attain good health.
