बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-52, verse-16

भूलाभं कृषिलाभं च धनधान्यविवर्धनम् ।
गृहक्षेत्रादि लाभं च रक्तवस्त्रादिलाभकृत् ॥१६॥
16. bhūlābhaṃ kṛṣilābhaṃ ca dhanadhānyavivardhanam .
gṛhakṣetrādi lābhaṃ ca raktavastrādilābhakṛt.

16. There will be gains of land, gains from agriculture, and an increase in wealth and grains. Also, gains of houses, fields, etc., and the acquisition of red garments and other similar items.
