vā sva-ṛkṣa-ge vā api dāra-saukhyam dhana-āgamam

It also brings growth of houses and fields, and prosperity of cattle and conveyances. Or, when the Moon is in exaltation or situated in its own sign, it brings happiness from one's spouse and acquisition of wealth.
