बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-52, verse-22

सुब्रह्मजपदानं च वृषोत्सर्गं तथैव च ।
शान्तिं कुर्वीत विद्यिवदायुरारोग्यसिद्धिदाम् ॥२२॥
22. subrahmajapadānaṃ ca vṛṣotsargaṃ tathaiva ca .

22. One should perform a propitiation ritual (śānti) according to the prescribed method, which grants the attainment of longevity and good health. This ritual involves the proper recitation of sacred texts (brahman), offering donations, and also the release of a bull.
