बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-52, verse-21

नीचे वा दुर्बले भौमे राजमूलाद्धनक्षयः ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु देहे जाड्यं मनोरुजम् ॥२१॥

21. If Mars (bhauma) is debilitated or weak, there will be a loss of wealth originating from the king or government. However, if the lord of the 2nd (wealth) and 7th (spouse/partnership) houses is (unfavorably placed), then physical dullness and mental distress will manifest.
