मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-43, verse-52

मृद्वाहिकाल्पदेहापि मुखाग्रेणाप्यणीयसा ।
करोति मृद्भारचयमुपदेशः स योगिनः ॥५२॥
52. mṛdvāhikālpadehāpi mukhāgreṇāpyaṇīyasā .
karoti mṛdbhāracayamupadeśaḥ sa yoginaḥ.
