यच्चार्करश्मिसंयोगादर्ककान्तो हुताशनम् ।
आविष्करोति नैकः सन्नुपमा सापि योगिनः ॥४९॥

yat ca arka-raśmi-saṃyogāt arka-kāntaḥ hutāśanam

And just as a sunstone gem produces fire due to contact with sunbeams, not by itself (but requiring the beams), that too is a simile for the practitioner of yoga (yogin).
