महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-26, verse-22

ततस्तूर्यसहस्राणि भेरीणामयुतानि च ।
वाद्यमानान्यरोचन्त मेघशब्दा यथा दिवि ॥२२॥
22. tatastūryasahasrāṇi bherīṇāmayutāni ca ,
vādyamānānyarocanta meghaśabdā yathā divi.

vādyamānāni arocenta meghaśabdāḥ yathā divi

22. Then, thousands of trumpets and tens of thousands of drums, being played, resounded splendidly, just like thunderclaps in the sky (divi).
