महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-60, verse-79

ततः कृत्वा विधिं सर्वं शिबिरस्य यथाविधि ।
प्रदध्यौ शोकसंतप्तो भ्रातृव्यसनकर्शितः ॥७९॥
79. tataḥ kṛtvā vidhiṁ sarvaṁ śibirasya yathāvidhi ,
pradadhyau śokasaṁtapto bhrātṛvyasanakarśitaḥ.

79. Then, having duly performed all the rituals of the camp, he meditated, overwhelmed by sorrow and emaciated by the grief over his brother's misfortune.
