महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-60, verse-69

तन्न मे रोचते युद्धं पाण्डवैर्जितकाशिभिः ।
घुष्यतामवहारोऽद्य श्वो योत्स्यामः परैः सह ॥६९॥
69. tanna me rocate yuddhaṁ pāṇḍavairjitakāśibhiḥ ,
ghuṣyatāmavahāro'dya śvo yotsyāmaḥ paraiḥ saha.
69. tat na me rocate yuddham pāṇḍavaiḥ jita-kāśibhiḥ
ghuṣyatām avahāraḥ adya śvaḥ yotsyāmaḥ paraiḥ saha
69. tat jita-kāśibhiḥ pāṇḍavaiḥ yuddham me na rocate adya
avahāraḥ ghuṣyatām śvaḥ paraiḥ saha vayam yotsyāmaḥ
69. Therefore, this battle with the Pāṇḍavas, who are renowned for their victories, is not pleasing to me. Let a retreat be announced today; tomorrow we will fight with our foes.
