महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-6, chapter-60, verse-59

श्रूयते ह्येष हृष्टानां पाण्डवानां महास्वनः ।
हस्तिनश्चैव सुमहान्भीतस्य रुवतो ध्वनिः ॥५९॥
59. śrūyate hyeṣa hṛṣṭānāṁ pāṇḍavānāṁ mahāsvanaḥ ,
hastinaścaiva sumahānbhītasya ruvato dhvaniḥ.

hastinaḥ ca eva sumahān bhītasya ruvataḥ dhvaniḥ
59. hi eṣa hṛṣṭānām pāṇḍavānām mahāsvanaḥ śrūyate ca
eva bhītasya ruvataḥ sumahān hastinaḥ dhvaniḥ
59. Indeed, this great sound of the joyful Pāṇḍavas is heard, and also the very great sound of a terrified elephant roaring.
