etāvatā ekadhyānena athavā nityadhyānaḥ athavā ātmadṛk abhāve duḥkhadasya dṛśyasya vastunaḥ antardṛśā.
74.
This (avoiding deviation from consciousness) is achieved by such single-minded meditation (dhyāna), or by continuous meditation (dhyāna), or by perceiving the self (ātman). It occurs in the absence of the suffering-causing visible object, when seen by inner vision.
