खड्गप्रहारविच्छेदक्रियायां पुंसि शक्तता ।
न खड्गे सुजडे चित्त सर्वाङ्गेष्वपि शक्तता ॥ ६१ ॥

61. The capacity for the act of cutting by striking with a sword resides in the person (puruṣa). It is not in the inherently dull sword, O mind, nor does this capacity reside merely in all the limbs.
