If you are the (true) Self (ātman), then here (in this reality), only the all-pervading Self (ātman) exists, nothing else. If anything other than the Self (ātman) is inert (jaḍatvam), then that 'you' does not truly exist; what exists is merely 'that' body (vapuḥ).
