Neither are you (the individual self) real, nor does the body truly exist. Here, only the great, pulsating reality of Brahman (brahman) exists. When there is complete stillness, this 'I-ness' (ahaṃtvam) and its suffering – for whom, and what kind, can they possibly arise?
