योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-36, verse-7

नमश्चक्राजहस्ताय नमश्चन्द्रार्धधारिणे ।
नमो विबुधनाथाय नमस्ते पद्मजन्मने ॥ ७ ॥
