योगवासिष्ठः       yogavāsiṣṭhaḥ - book-5, chapter-36, verse-1

प्रह्लाद उवाच ।
आत्मा सर्वपदातीतश्चिरात्संस्मृतिमागतः ।
दिष्ट्या लब्धोऽसि भगवन्नमस्तेस्तु महात्मने ॥ १ ॥
prahlāda uvāca ,
ātmā sarvapadātītaścirātsaṃsmṛtimāgataḥ ,
diṣṭyā labdho'si bhagavannamastestu mahātmane 1
1. prahlādaḥ uvāca | ātmā sarvapadātītaḥ
cirāt saṃsmṛtim āgataḥ
| diṣṭyā labdhaḥ asi bhagavan
namaḥ te astu mahātmane || 1 ||
1. prahlādaḥ uvāca sarvapadātītaḥ ātmā cirāt saṃsmṛtim āgataḥ bhagavan,
mahātmane te diṣṭyā labdhaḥ asi te namaḥ astu 1
1. Prahlāda said: "The self (ātman) transcends all states and, after a long time, has come into my recollection. Fortunately, O Lord, you have been attained. Salutations to you, O Great Soul (mahātman)!"
