बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-66, verse-3

कलौ पापरतानां च मन्दा बुद्धिर्युतो नृणाम् ।
अतोऽल्पबुद्धिगम्यं यत् शास्त्रमेतद् वदस्य मे ॥३॥
3. kalau pāparatānāṃ ca mandā buddhiryuto nṛṇām .
ato'lpabuddhigamyaṃ yat śāstrametad vadasya me.

ataḥ alpabuddhigamyam yat śāstram etat vadasi me
