बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-60, verse-58

तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं तिलहोमं च कारयेत् ।
मृत्युञ्जयजपं कुर्याच्चण्डीपाठमाथपि वा ॥५८॥
58. taddoṣaparihārārthaṃ tilahomaṃ ca kārayet .
mṛtyuñjayajapaṃ kuryāccaṇḍīpāṭhamāthapi vā.

mṛtyuñjayajapam kuryāt caṇḍīpāṭham atha api vā
58. To remedy those defects, one should perform a *tilahoma* (offering of sesame seeds in fire) and recite the *Mṛtyuñjaya mantra*, or alternatively, recite the *Caṇḍīpāṭha*.
