बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-60, verse-51

द्वितीयसप्तमाधीशे देहबाधा भविष्यति ।
तद्दोषपरिहारार्थं महामृत्युञ्जयं चरेत् ॥५१॥

taddoṣaparihārārthaṃ mahāmṛtyuñjayaṃ caret.
51. dvitīya-saptama-adhīśe deha-bādhā bhaviṣyati
tad-doṣa-parihāra-artham mahā-mṛtyuñjayam caret
51. When the lord of the second and seventh houses is unfavorably placed, physical ailments will occur. For the purpose of alleviating that affliction, one should perform the Mahamrityunjaya (mantra or ritual).
