बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-60, verse-11

द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु स्थिते चेन्मरणं भवेत् ।
तर्त दुर्गाजपं कुर्याद्धनुदानं च कारयेत् ॥११॥
11. dvitīyadyūnanāthe tu sthite cenmaraṇaṃ bhavet .
tarta durgājapaṃ kuryāddhanudānaṃ ca kārayet.

tatra durgā-japam kuryāt dhanuḥ-dānam ca kārayet
11. If the planet that rules both the 2nd and 7th houses (the `maraka` houses) is situated (adversely), then death (maraṇa) may occur. In such a situation, one should perform the recitation (japa) of Goddess Durga's mantra and arrange for the donation (dāna) of a bow.
