शुक्रस्यान्तर्गते सूर्ये सन्तापो राजविग्रहः ।
दायादकलहश्चैव स्वोच्चनीचविवर्जिते ॥१२॥

12. When the Sun is in the sub-period of Venus, and the Sun is neither exalted nor debilitated, there is anguish, conflict with the government, and disputes among heirs.
