बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-60, verse-54

पुण्यतीर्थफलवाप्तिर्दानधर्मादिपुण्यकृत् ।
स्वप्रभोश्च पदावाप्तिः नीचस्थे क्लेशभाग्यभवेत् ॥५४॥
54. puṇyatīrthaphalavāptirdānadharmādipuṇyakṛt .
svaprabhośca padāvāptiḥ nīcasthe kleśabhāgyabhavet.
54. puṇyatīrthaphalavāptiḥ dānadharmādipuṇyakṛt
svaprabhoḥ ca padāvāptiḥ nīcasthe kleśabhāgya bhavet
54. There will be the attainment of benefits from sacred pilgrimages and the performance of virtuous acts like charity (dāna) and righteous conduct (dharma). One will also gain a position from one's own lord. If the planet is in a debilitated sign, however, one will experience a share of troubles.
