32. vastrābharaṇabhūmyāderiṣṭasiddhiḥ sukhāvahā .

There will be the successful acquisition of desired items such as clothes, ornaments, and land, bringing happiness. Similarly, (negative outcomes will occur) if (the planet is) in the 8th or 12th house, or if it is from the Dasha lord, in the same manner (as previously mentioned).
