बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-60, verse-35

व्यवसायात्फलं नेष्टं ग्रामभूम्यादिहानिकृत् ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु देहवाधा भविष्यति ॥३५॥
35. vyavasāyātphalaṃ neṣṭaṃ grāmabhūmyādihānikṛt .

35. The outcome from business will be unfavorable, leading to the loss of villages, land, and similar assets. Moreover, if the lord of the second house and the lord of the seventh house are in such a state, there will be physical ailments.
