शन्यारदृष्टसंयुक्ते कलहो राजविग्रहः ।
चौरादिदेहपीडा च पितृमातृविनाश्नम् ॥६०॥

60. When a planet is conjoined with or aspected by Saturn (Śani) and Mars (Āra), there will be quarrels, conflicts with the government, physical suffering from thieves and other sources, and loss of parents.
