राजकार्यकलापेन व्याकुलो भव्ति ध्रुवम् ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु दारक्लेशो भविष्यति ॥४॥

One will certainly be troubled by state affairs. However, if the lord of the second house is simultaneously the lord of the seventh house, there will be distress concerning the spouse.
