बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-58, verse-40

पापदृष्टियुते वापि देहपीडा मनोव्यथा ।
उद्योगभङ्गो दशादौ स्वग्रामे धान्यनशनम् ॥४०॥
40. pāpadṛṣṭiyute vāpi dehapīḍā manovyathā .
udyogabhaṅgo daśādau svagrāme dhānyanaśanam.
40. pāpa-dṛṣṭi-yute vā api deha-pīḍā mano-vyathā
udyoga-bhaṅgaḥ daśā-ādau sva-grāme dhānya-naśanam
40. Or even if it (the planet) is aspected by malefic planets, there will be bodily pain and mental distress. At the beginning of the planetary period (daśā), there will be disruption of one's endeavors and destruction of grain in one's own village.
