आत्मबन्धुविरोधश्च शूलरूगादिसम्भवः ॥३॥

When [a planet or house] is conjoined with or aspected by malefic planets, there will be a loss of wealth, grains, and cattle. There will also be conflict with one's own relatives, and the occurrence of colic and other diseases.
