बृहत्-पाराशर-होरा-शास्त्रम्       bṛhat-pārāśara-horā-śāstram - chapter-58, verse-52

दायेशाद्द्वादशे वापि ह्यष्टमे पापसंयुते ।
निष्ठुरं राजकार्याणि स्थानभ्रंशो महद्भयम् ॥५२॥
52. dāyeśāddvādaśe vāpi hyaṣṭame pāpasaṃyute .
niṣṭhuraṃ rājakāryāṇi sthānabhraṃśo mahadbhayam.
52. dāyeśāt dvādaśe vā api hi aṣṭame pāpasaṃyute
niṣṭhuram rājakāryāṇi sthānabhraṃśaḥ mahat bhayam
52. When (a planet is) in the twelfth house from the lord of the Dasha (astrological period), or even in the eighth house, and is conjoined with a malefic planet, there will be harsh royal duties, loss of position, and great fear.
