आत्मकष्टं मनस्तापदायकं द्विजसत्तम ।
द्वितीयद्यूननाथे तु ह्यपमृत्युर्भविष्यति ॥१८॥

dvitīyadyūnanāthe tu hyapamṛtyurbhaviṣyati.

18. O best among the twice-born, when the lord of the second and seventh houses is (prominent), there will surely be self-suffering, mental distress, and an untimely death.
