परस्त्रियं नाभिलषेदित्युचुर्गुरवो मम ।
तेन त्वां नाभिवाञ्छामि कामं विलप शुष्य वा ॥७३॥

73. brāhmaṇa uvāca .
parastriyaṃ nābhilaṣedityucurguravo mama .
tena tvāṃ nābhivāñchāmi kāmaṃ vilapa śuṣya vā.

brāhmaṇaḥ uvāca parastriyaṃ na abhilaṣet iti ūcuḥ guravaḥ
mama tena tvām na abhivāñchāmi kāmam vilapa śuṣya vā

The Brahmin said: "My teachers (gurus) have taught that one should not desire another man's wife. Therefore, I do not desire you. You may cry or pine away as you wish."
