मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-61, verse-3

स्वायम्भुवं तथा ख्यातं मुने मन्वन्तरं मम ।
तदन्तराण्यहं श्रोतुमिच्छे मन्वन्तराणि वै ।
मन्वन्तराधिपान् देवानृषींस्तत्तनयान्नृपान् ॥३॥
3. svāyambhuvaṃ tathā khyātaṃ mune manvantaraṃ mama .
tadantarāṇyahaṃ śrotumicche manvantarāṇi vai .
manvantarādhipān devānṛṣīṃstattanayānnṛpān.
3. svāyambhuvam tathā khyātam mune
manvantaram mama tat antarāṇi aham śrotum
icche manvantarāṇi vai manvantarādhipān
devān ṛṣīn tattanayān nṛpān
3. O sage, the Svāyambhuva manvantara is indeed known to me. I now wish to hear about the subsequent manvantaras, including their presiding deities (devāḥ), sages (ṛṣiḥ), the sons of those sages, and the kings.
