मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-61, verse-34

मार्कण्डेय उवाच ।
स एवं चिन्तयन् विप्रो बभ्राम च हिमाचले ।
भ्रष्टपादौषधिबलो वैक्लवं परमं गतः ॥३४॥
34. mārkaṇḍeya uvāca .
sa evaṃ cintayan vipro babhrāma ca himācale .
bhraṣṭapādauṣadhibalo vaiklavaṃ paramaṃ gataḥ.
34. mārkaṇḍeyaḥ uvāca saḥ evam cintayan vipraḥ babhrāma ca
himācale bhraṣṭapādauṣadhibalaḥ vaiklavam paramam gataḥ
34. Markandeya said: Thus contemplating, the Brahmin wandered in the Himalayas. Having lost the strength in his feet and the efficacy of his medicinal herbs, he became extremely distraught.
