मार्कण्डेय-पुराणम्       mārkaṇḍeya-purāṇam - chapter-61, verse-49

नित्यनैमित्तिकानान्तु महाहानिर्द्विजन्मनः ।
भवत्यतस्त्वं हे भद्रे मामुद्धर हिमालयात् ॥४९॥
49. nityanaimittikānāntu mahāhānirdvijanmanaḥ .
bhavatyatastvaṃ he bhadre māmuddhara himālayāt.
49. nityanaimittikānām tu mahāhāniḥ dvijanmanaḥ |
bhavati ataḥ tvam he bhadre mām uddhara himālayāt
49. But for a Brahmin (dvijanman), there is a great loss of both daily and occasional sacred duties. Therefore, O auspicious lady, please rescue me from the Himalayas.
