महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-45, verse-7

अस्त्रयुद्धे ततो राजन्वर्तमाने भयावहे ।
अपश्याम रणे द्रौणिं व्यात्ताननमिवान्तकम् ॥७॥
7. astrayuddhe tato rājanvartamāne bhayāvahe ,
apaśyāma raṇe drauṇiṁ vyāttānanamivāntakam.

apaśyāma raṇe drauṇim vyāttānanam iva antakam
7. rājan tataḥ bhayāvahe vartamāne astrayuddhe

7. Then, O King, as the terrifying weapon-battle was unfolding, we saw Droṇi (Aśvatthāmā) on the battlefield, appearing like Death (Antaka) with his mouth wide open.
