महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-45, verse-43

वध्यमानांस्तु तान्दृष्ट्वा सूतपुत्रेण मारिष ।
वित्रेसुः सर्वभूतानि तिर्यग्योनिगतान्यपि ॥४३॥
43. vadhyamānāṁstu tāndṛṣṭvā sūtaputreṇa māriṣa ,
vitresuḥ sarvabhūtāni tiryagyonigatānyapi.

vitresūḥ sarvabhūtāni tiryagyoni gatāni api

43. O venerable one, seeing them (the warriors) being slain by Karṇa (the son of Sūta), all creatures, even those born in animal wombs, trembled in fear.
