हिंसा बलमसाधूनां राज्ञां दण्डविधिर्बलम् ।
शुश्रूषा तु बलं स्त्रीणां क्षमा गुणवतां बलम् ॥७२॥

72. Violence is the strength of the wicked. For rulers, the power of punishment is their strength. However, service is the strength of women, and forgiveness (kṣamā) is the strength of the virtuous.
