महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-5, chapter-34, verse-11

यस्त्वेतानि प्रमाणानि यथोक्तान्यनुपश्यति ।
युक्तो धर्मार्थयोर्ज्ञाने स राज्यमधिगच्छति ॥११॥
11. yastvetāni pramāṇāni yathoktānyanupaśyati ,
yukto dharmārthayorjñāne sa rājyamadhigacchati.
11. yaḥ tu etāni pramāṇāni yathoktāni anupaśyati |
yuktaḥ dharmārthayoḥ jñāne saḥ rājyam adhigacchati
11. Indeed, he who duly considers these established principles, and who is well-versed in the knowledge concerning both natural law (dharma) and material prosperity, attains sovereignty.
