महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-13, chapter-116, verse-61

चतुरो वार्षिकान्मासान्यो मांसं परिवर्जयेत् ।
चत्वारि भद्राण्याप्नोति कीर्तिमायुर्यशो बलम् ॥६१॥
61. caturo vārṣikānmāsānyo māṁsaṁ parivarjayet ,
catvāri bhadrāṇyāpnoti kīrtimāyuryaśo balam.
