अखादन्ननुमोदंश्च भावदोषेण मानवः ।
योऽनुमन्येत हन्तव्यं सोऽपि दोषेण लिप्यते ॥३९॥

A person who, though not eating (meat), approves of it with an ill intention; and whoever approves of the killing (of animals), he too becomes tainted by fault.
