महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-18, verse-65

ततोऽस्य नवतिं बाणान्रुक्मपुङ्खान्सुतेजनान् ।
प्रेषयामास राजेन्द्र तेऽस्याभ्रश्यन्त वर्मणः ॥६५॥
65. tato'sya navatiṁ bāṇānrukmapuṅkhānsutejanān ,
preṣayāmāsa rājendra te'syābhraśyanta varmaṇaḥ.
65. tataḥ asya navatim bāṇān rukmapuṅkhān sutejanān
preṣayāmāsa rājendra te asya abhraśyanta varmaṇaḥ
65. rājendra tataḥ asya rukmapuṅkhān sutejanān navatim

65. Then he dispatched ninety well-sharpened, gold-feathered arrows at him. O King, those arrows slipped off his armor.
