पार्षतश्च भृशं युद्धे विमुखोऽद्यापि लक्ष्यते ।
इत्येवं विविधा वाचस्तावकानां परैः सह ॥४९॥

49. pārṣataśca bhṛśaṁ yuddhe vimukho'dyāpi lakṣyate ,
ityevaṁ vividhā vācastāvakānāṁ paraiḥ saha.

49. Even today, Pārṣata (Dhṛṣṭadyumna) appears greatly disinclined in battle; thus, various discussions are exchanged between your men and the enemies.
