महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-8, chapter-18, verse-54

व्यावर्तये तत्र रथं नदीवेगमिवार्णवात् ।
अवध्यं ब्राह्मणं मन्ये येन ते विक्रमो हतः ॥५४॥
54. vyāvartaye tatra rathaṁ nadīvegamivārṇavāt ,
avadhyaṁ brāhmaṇaṁ manye yena te vikramo hataḥ.

avadhyam brāhmaṇam manye yena te vikramaḥ hataḥ
54. tatra arṇavāt nadīvegam iva ratham vyāvartaye yena te vikramaḥ hataḥ,

54. In that situation, I turn back the chariot, just as the ocean repels the force of a river. I consider a Brahmin to be invulnerable, by whom your valor was indeed destroyed.
