महाभारतः       mahābhārataḥ - book-7, chapter-31, verse-62

पुनः स्वरथमास्थाय धनुरादाय चापरम् ।
विव्याध दशभिः कर्णं सूतमश्वांश्च पञ्चभिः ॥६२॥
62. punaḥ svarathamāsthāya dhanurādāya cāparam ,
vivyādha daśabhiḥ karṇaṁ sūtamaśvāṁśca pañcabhiḥ.

vivyādha daśabhiḥ karṇam sūtam aśvān ca pañcabhiḥ

62. Again mounting his own chariot and taking another bow, he pierced Karṇa with ten arrows and his charioteer and horses with five.
